Adding size and strength is a goal that many people aspire to – whether you are a bodybuilder, a rugby player, or just someone who wants to look and feel better, added size and strength is a worthy goal.

However, to add significant size and strength, you need to get two things right – your training and your nutrition.  Training works on the principle of progressive overload – you have to increase the load on the muscles, day by day, week by week.  Getting the right nutrition to add size and strength is, if anything, even harder.  Many people struggle to eat the right foods to add muscle, rather than just fat.
